The staff were very kind and we saw Dr. McKinney- who seemed to be aware of my dogs history and had a plan very quickly.. I felt comfortable and trusted her recommendations.. Update: 4/27/24: i see I did this review above a year ago and this past few days, one of my boys was struggling and Star helped to get me in .- Michelle was great and understood my worries- - Dr Scutter was helpful and had some good recommendations. Dr McKinney has also been helpful as to Riley and recommendations...Dr. Hoel will be doing my Louie's teeth soon, so I very much appreciate their willingness to help Riley!! And Louie.. Gave me relief and knew they were in good hands!! Another review: 5/2/24- I wanted to just extend my gratitude for this hospital with a recent emergency with my boy that was complicated.. Dr. O'Connell did Riley's surgery that was more than any of us were expecting and she was informative, helpful and she and her team, took great care of my boy.. Thank you to everyone at the front desk..Dr McKinney for getting back to me quickly when we had to make a decision -and Natalie for helping me out today.. even offering to take my dogs early for ongoing observation as i had to go to work.. Dr O'Connell had plans as to what we do next as he needs further treatment to address his care and although I am still recovering from the anxiety,as the whole house is, I appreciated their help.. more than words.. Riley thanks you and his Papa Louie does too!

Brittany was very helpful and knowledgeable, and she genuinely loved on our anxious dog the entire visit. He loved it. Dr. Scudder is awesome! Very informative, laidback (which makes me feel comfortable around her) and was willing to take the time to make us all feel comfortable. She even made my 8 month old daughter laugh a few times and got us some free samples. All very appreciated!
